3. Check-In & Check-Out

Bookings may be cancelled automatically if payment fails or is declined.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the selected plan. Certain bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable. No refunds will be issued in case of a no-show unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the property. Illegal activities, disturbances, misuse of facilities, or damage to property are strictly prohibited. Any loss or damage caused by the guest will be the guest’s responsibility. Activities such as loud music, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, or rule violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability
