This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj Bhavan (“we”, “our”, or “us”) manages booking cancellations, modifications, and refunds. By booking a room through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received or an official confirmation is issued by Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj Bhavan. All bookings are subject to availability. At the time of confirmation, booking details along with applicable cancellation and refund terms are communicated to the guest.

2. Cancellation by Guest

Guests may request cancellation by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. A cancellation request is considered valid only after it has been acknowledged by us. The refund amount, if applicable, depends on the time of cancellation and the booking plan selected.

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility (full, partial, or non-refundable) is informed at the time of booking. The refund amount depends on how close the cancellation request is to the check-in date. Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, the full booking amount will be forfeited unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.

5. Early Check-Out

In case a guest checks out earlier than the booked stay duration, no refund will be provided for the unused nights, even if prior notice has been given.

6. Cancellation by Management

Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj Bhavan reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Safety or security concerns
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Government restrictions or legal orders
  • Technical or operational issues

In such situations, guests will be informed at the earliest possible time, and refunds will be processed if the guest is eligible as per the booking terms.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the guest’s account depends on the respective bank or payment gateway. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges such as payment gateway fees, service charges, or applicable taxes may be non-refundable. Details of such charges, if any, are communicated at the time of booking.

9. Amendments to Bookings

Changes to booking dates or other modifications are subject to availability. In some cases, a modification may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Any additional cost arising from such changes must be paid by the guest.

10. Policy Updates

This Cancellation & Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
